1. Discovery Call - 30 minutes, Free

You tell me what's happening in your business: where things feel disorganized, what's slipping, where clients seem to go quiet. I listen, get a clear picture of your situation, and figure out if I can help. No prep required. No commitment.

2. The Clarity Session - 90 minutes, starting at $300

I come back with the diagnosis. We go through exactly what's broken in your current setup, where leads and clients are slipping away, and a clear plan on what needs to change.

Useful on its own, even if you choose not to work with me to build it.

If you decide to move forward with the System Build, the Clarity Session fee is applied toward your investment.

3. The System Build - Starting at $1,200

Most small service businesses invest between $1,200 to $2,500 depending on what's needed.

I set up a system that directly addresses your current gaps, whether that’s organizing your inquiries in a centralized place, automating your follow-up, or setting up a process that nurtures your existing clients.

Everything is built around how your business works, not a generic template you have to figure out on your own. That means the stages, labels, and processes reflect your industry, your language, and your clients. Once it's built, I make sure you know exactly how to use it.

It runs on a CRM platform that has a free plan, but most clients benefit from a low-cost paid plan (starting from $19 to $25/month per user).

I'll assess your needs upfront and recommend exactly what makes sense before anything is purchased.
